Australian Shipping
- We ship all orders via Australia Post.
- All orders placed are processed and shipped the next business day.
- Please note, after a launch date, processing time may take up to 3 business days due to increased order volume.
- All orders are subject to item availability and payment approval.
- Complimentary standard shipping is available for all orders over $200.
- Orders under $200 will incur a flat shipping fee of $10. Express shipping can be chosen at checkout for $15.
International Shipping
New Zealand
- 3-5 Business Days DHL Express - $35.00 (Complimentary for orders over $700)
Rest of the World
- 3-10 Business Days DHL Express - $50.00 (Complimentary for orders over ($700)
Customs and Other Charges
Custom and clearance fees are charged in addition to international shipping costs. These charges differ by country and Formme is not liable for any customs or clearance charges you incur. We are unable to process a refund for your order if you refuse payment of any incurred customs fees. If your parcel is returned to us due to a non-payment of custom or clearance fees and you request the order to be re-shipped, Formme will charge you postage and any other fees incurred.
Formme is not responsible for addresses that are entered incorrectly, so please ensure you check all entered information at checkout.
Formme is not responsible for parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.
Formme is not responsible for the cost of shipping on any returns.

Returns and Exchanges
- We are confident you will love your new Formme pieces, however if you have any queries please contact us at formmeau@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase.
- We offer life time store credits to be used storewide.
- Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued.
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original condition, unworn, unscented, undamaged and with all tags attached.
- Store credits will be issued once your return is received and approved.
- Return shipping costs and all customs/duties are the responsibility of the customer.
